Orangetheory Fitness seeks a part-time Coach to deliver dynamic group workouts and foster an engaging member experience in our Greensboro studio. You’ll guide sessions, support sales and retention, and collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of group fitness experience, an OT-certified credential, and strong communication skills to motivate diverse members. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience required.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related client-facing role preferred (0–1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members.
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive experience reflecting brand standards.
• Complete and maintain member documentation using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate membership options.
• Collaborate with studio team to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Support sales goals through outreach and lead generation activities.
• Build relationships within the local community to drive new business.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio activations.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Communicate with members across in-person, phone, email, and text.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Respond to member inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Uphold OT core values and customer service standards.
