Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Hammond, LA seeks a full-time team member to run the PE@PF group fitness program, help new members design simple workout plans, and instruct proper equipment use. You will promote class sign-ups, create bi-weekly exercise updates, and assist at the front desk with check-ins, tours, and member sign-ups while maintaining a clean, welcoming club.

Candidates should be reliable, have a fitness trainer certification, strong communication, and a customer-service

Responsabilités

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and manage the schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and proper equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups with creative approaches.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates featuring varied workouts.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist at the front desk: phones, check-ins, sign-ups, tours, and account updates.
• Address member questions promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
