Job summary

Baseline Fitness in Louisiana is seeking a full-time Trainer to run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, design simple workouts, and teach proper equipment use. You will assist new members in achieving fitness goals and help promote class sign-ups.

You will also handle front desk duties, sign up members, give tours, and maintain club cleanliness, contributing to a welcoming Judgement Free Zone.

Qualifications

• Certification as a fitness trainer is required.
• Exemplary communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering quality customer service and fitness guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist at front desk: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, and give tours.
• Respond to member questions promptly and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the club.
