Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness in Hammond, LA seeks a full-time Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and help members achieve fitness goals. You will design simple workouts, teach proper use of equipment, and promote class sign-ups while assisting at the front desk and guiding new members.

Ideal candidates have a fitness trainer certification, strong customer service skills, and reliable, professional communication.

• Completed fitness trainer certification.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively and professionally with members and staff.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and proper equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups with creative approaches.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates for varied routines.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist at front desk with answering calls and guiding inquiries.
• Check members into the system and process new member sign-ups.
• Give tours to potential members and assist with account updates.
• Respond to member questions promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly appearance of the club.
