Responsibilities

• Lead the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members about fitness goals and instruct proper and safe use of equipment.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups with creative approaches.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates with varied routines.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk: answer calls, check-in members, new member sign-ups, tours, and updating accounts.
• Respond to member questions promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
