Life Time Inc. is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead a variety of engaging group formats and foster a supportive class environment.

You will connect with members, demonstrate proper form, and ensure a fun, safe workout that motivates continued attendance. Responsibilities include delivering multiple class formats, maintaining studio spaces, and promoting Life Time programs and services to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of fitness instructor experience.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Group exercise certifications (NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining classes.
• Educates class participants on correct form and alternative moves during the fitness routine.
• Attentively listens to members, answer questions, and engage in conversation before and after classes.
• Cleans and organizes studio space after each class.
• Provides current music for each class that entertains and motivates while ensuring appropriate language.
• Promotes Life Time promotions, programs, products, and services while specifically encouraging participation for the Classes at Life Time
