Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercises to members and guests. You will coach in person or via virtual platforms, ensuring sessions are welcoming, challenging and safe for all fitness levels.

The role emphasizes strong communication, motivation, and the ability to recruit new participants while maintaining high service standards and a friendly club environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and principles.
• Strong communication skills to connect with a wide variety of people.
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to creating a community feel within a group session.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions and classes in person or via virtual tech.
• Present sessions to welcome, encourage and challenge members.
• Educate on safe techniques to ensure high quality, safe classes for all fitness levels.
• Increase attendance through strong teaching and ability to motivate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sessions; handle concerns and recruit new members.
• Find substitutes for coverage; maintain a strong social media presence to attract participants.
