The role emphasizes high-energy coaching and community-building within the club environment. The position requires a current approved group exercise certification and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions and classes in person or via virtual tech.
• Present sessions in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging manner.
• Ensure safe technique guidelines are followed and high-quality delivery.
• Increase attendance by connecting with and motivating members.
• Schedule adherence: maintain an average of 2 classes per week.
