Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Group X Coach to create an inviting and motivating group exercise experience. You will deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle sessions to members and guests in-person or via virtual platforms, fostering a welcoming environment.

The role requires coaching multiple classes weekly with strong communication, safety awareness, and a passion for helping others achieve health goals.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions and classes to members.
• Present group sessions in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging way.
• Educate members on safe techniques and guidelines to ensure safety.
• Increase member attendance through strong teaching and motivation.
• Maintain an average of coaching at least 2 classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sessions.
