Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club Boston is seeking a Group Fitness Coach to deliver world-class boxing-based workouts to groups of up to 40 participants at Assembly Row, Newbury St, and North Station.

You will lead pre-designed TITLE workout classes, connect with members, attend monthly staff developments, and model energy and professionalism while working early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Perks include discounted merch and free classes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred.
• Nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.).
• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred.
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class.
• Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Position Overview

A TITLE Boxing Club Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class experience. The position requires a strong ability to command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout. A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Boxing enthusiast preferred; however not a ‘knock-out’ qualification
• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class
• Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

COMPENSATION & PERKS
