Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis, IN is hiring full-time Group Facilitators for our Detox and Residential facility. You will lead group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups, helping clients develop coping skills and recovery tools while collaborating with clinical staff.

We seek licensed clinicians in Indiana with CADAC/LAC/LMHC/LMFT credentials and at least one year of treatment experience. Excellent communication, judgement, and a compassionate presence are essential.

Competenze

• Current Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT).
• Min. one year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Valid licensure to practice as a clinician in Indiana.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Strong presence and sound judgement.
• Warm, dignified and honest character that inspires trust and models recovery principles.
