RCA is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver the substance abuse curriculum for patients in residential and IOP programs and to supervise A&D trainee staff. The facilitator will deliver 15–20 one-hour groups per week and attend staff meetings and trainings as assigned.

Group Facilitator is responsible for the delivery of RCA Substance Abuse curriculum for patients in our residential and IOP recovery programs, as well as supervision of A&D trainee status staff. The curriculum, and training, will be provided for the facilitator to ensure quality and consistency in its delivery. The facilitator will be responsible for 15-20 1-hour groups per week and trainee staff supervision. The facilitator will also be required to attend staff meetings and trainings as assigned.

**A former patient may not be hired at the same location where they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location. Former patients may be considered for employment at locations within RCA other than where they were treated within a year after treatment.
