Job summary

Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Group Facilitator–Coach to deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups that support patients in achieving lasting recovery. Youll receive full training and curriculum to ensure consistent, high-quality care aligned with the RCA Care Model.

Youll lead 15–20 one-hour groups per week, provide patient coaching, and support with operational needs to maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.

Qualifications

  • Associateirst degree or state-required education minimum.
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in residential treatment.
  • Maryland CAC-AD, CAC-approved Supervisor License, or A&D Trainee Status preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging, evidence-based groups that meet learning goals.
  • Promote patient participation, safety, and long-term engagement in treatment.
  • Complete documentation and group notes accurately and on time.
  • Attend supervision, meetings, and required trainings.
  • Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned

Location: 314 Grove Neck Road, Earleville, MD

Schedule: Friday & Saturday 1:30PM - 9PM, Sunday 8AM - 8:30PM, Monday & Tuesday 12:30PM - 8PM

About The Role
