Job summary

EXOS, a holistic fitness and performance company, is seeking a Dance Fitness Instructor to lead engaging group classes in Minneapolis area. You will create fresh routines, motivate participants, and maintain professionalism in and out of the studio.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of group-ex leadership experience, current national certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, or NETA) and CPR/AED certification, with eligibility for licensed formats where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited certification in group exercise.
• CPR/AED certification maintained during employment.

Job Summary:Responsibilities:We're seeking a Dance Fitness instructor to lead our fitness classes. As our new Dance Fitness Instructor you must be:Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routinesConfident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate othersA professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studioThe Ideal Candidate would have:One year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classesCurrent nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA)Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must also be trained and licensed to teach those formatsCurrent CPR/AED certification, and maintaining it throughout employmentPer pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $25 - $35/unit. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
