Job summary

EXOS is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes, tailor routines for different fitness levels, and provide personalized guidance so participants can safely reach their goals.

The role emphasizes motivating and inspiring participants, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and staying current with industry trends. Full-time employment includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within EXOS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification required (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification preferred.
• Instructors teaching branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
