Job summary

EXOS in San Francisco is seeking a Dance Instructor to lead our fitness classes. You will be enthusiastic about group exercise, create and deliver new, fresh routines, and motivate participants with a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, current nationally accredited group exercise certification, CPR/AED, and a collaborative, flexible leadership style in or out of the studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required if applicable.
• CPR/AED certification current; First Aid strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct group fitness classes with energy and professionalism.
• Develop and deliver new, innovative dance-based routines.
• Motivate participants and maintain a positive studio environment.

Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
