Job summary

Exos in San Francisco is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead engaging fitness classes and motivate participants with fresh, effective routines.

The role requires at least one year of experience, current certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA), CPR/AED, and the ability to teach licensed formats such as Zumba or Yoga. Compensation is paid per class with additional admin rates as required by local law.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired).

Compensation

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20-$125/unit in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
