CHANEL is seeking a Senior Group Director, People & Organization Advisory in New York City to lead the HR Generalists and Employee Relations Specialists, delivering best-in-class HR support across the organization. This role sits at CHANEL HQ and focuses on service delivery, case management, and strategic partnerships with HRBP and COEs.

You will build scalable processes, define SLAs, and guide leadership through complex employee relations matters while driving data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, etc.
• Strong process design and delivery experience required.
• Experience developing metrics for service delivery and enhancing protocols.
• Direct experience managing HRG and Employee Relations work for client groups.
• People leadership experience is critical.
• Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service delivery frameworks and standards.
• Oversee HR Generalists for proactive guidance.
• Oversee Employee Relations Specialists for complex cases.
• Implement triage and escalation protocols for efficient case management.
• Share insights to HRBP and COEs.
• Monitor impact using data-driven metrics and drive improvement.
