Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Group Director, Organization Design & Change Enablement in New York City to lead the Center of Excellence within People & Organization. You will own operating model design, governance, and adoption strategies, driving human-centered change across the enterprise.

You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to scale the House approach, create reusable tools, and guide transformations while shaping the future of work in the AI era.

Qualifications

• Deep organization design and operating model expertise.
• Fluent in structured change-management methodology and adoption measurement.
• Proven facilitation skills and ability to influence through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the methods, tools, and enablement for organization design and change.
• Create reusable tools for structure, roles, decision rights, and ways of working.
• Partner with Global to scale change capability across Chanel.
• Support high-priority enterprise-wide transformations and AI-related initiatives.
