Job summary

VML Health is a global healthcare agency focused on human-centered marketing, CX, and omnichannel engagement. We seek a strategic, senior leader to guide engagement strategy for healthcare clients, mentor teams, and drive cross‑functional collaboration across brand development and marketing approaches.

The role requires 7–13 years in market research, CX and strategic planning with a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

7–13 years of experience in market research, strategic planning and CX in healthcare.
Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
Deep understanding of omnichannel strategy and channel integration.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain senior client relationships.
Highly collaborative, cross‑functional team leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to lead workshops, strategy deliverables and new business pitches.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of clients’ customers across the full journey.
Oversee engagement and omnichannel strategy across channels (social, CRM, website, paid media, apps, field).
Guide Associate Directors and Directors in strategy development.
Collaborate with Client Engagement, Medical and Creative teams.
Manage senior client relationships as a strategic partner.
Set the segment/audience context for projects.
Lead strategic development on major clients or multiple accounts.
Mentor junior strategists and guide learning.
