Walmart's Global AI Acceleration Product & Design organization is seeking a Group Director, Product Management to lead our Associate Experience product portfolio. This role will advance our people-led, tech powered ambition by building critical, high-visibility remit that sits at the intersection of Walmart's largest technology transformation, AI-native product development, and the in-store associate experience for 1.7M+ global associates.
You will own the apps and global ecosystem domain, driving strategy and execution across the MyWalmart App, Sidekick, Store Tools, Checkout Experiences, and a rapidly expanding portfolio of AI-powered associate capabilities. You will partner daily with engineering VPs, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver the tools associates rely on every shift. As a senior product leader, you will build and lead high-performing teams, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, People, and Business leaders to deliver at global scale. You will define the product vision, drive execution across a complex ecosystem, and ensure alignment to Walmart's strategic priorities. This role requires a balance of deep product expertise, platform thinking, and a strong commitment to improving the everyday experience of millions of associates.
You will own the complete associate-facing digital experience — from the moment an associate logs into the app through every operational tool they use on the floor, all the way to the checkout lane. This is a full end-to-end surface area spanning mobile, in-store intelligence, and frontend retail technology.

The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00 - $370,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related area and 14 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience.
