Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Associate Enablement and AI Tools in Bentonville, AR. You will define the strategy for associate-facing tools including the My Walmart app and AI agent platforms, and own large-scale platforms like the Walmart Notification Platform.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set roadmaps, analyze usage data, and ensure model performance and guardrails while communicating impact to executives.

Qualifications

• Master’s or equivalent with 5+ years PM experience, or Bachelor’s with 7+ years.
• Experience with Jira for roadmapping and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Defines vision and strategy for enterprise associate-facing tools including My Walmart app and AI agent platforms.
• Owns and evolves large-scale associate platforms and roadmaps, overseeing feature development and integration.
• Develops and executes product roadmaps for associate applications and AI agents, prioritizing features for productivity and guardrails.
• Leverages analytics to turn insights into actionable priorities for feature enhancements and performance improvements.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams to deliver associate productivity apps and safety guardrails.
• Manages risks related to data privacy, model hallucinations, and agent reliability while defining acceptance criteria.
• Communicates app adoption metrics and model performance data to executive leadership.
