We are seeking a deposit-focused Group Director to build and grow a high-performing team of dynamic bankers and service personnel at a nimble, execution-driven Northeast commercial bank. This role offers the unique ability to develop an independent book of business with unlimited earning potential, providing customized banking, lending, and treasury management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and their commercial enterprises.

As this key leader, you will have the flexibility to expand the bank's office footprint for the right team, fostering relationships with dynamic businesses and delivering tailored financial strategies that drive success in your community. You'll collaborate with internal specialists to offer full-service commercial banking solutions, execute with speed and efficiency, and provide the highest level of client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a commercial and private client-focused portfolio with no geographic restrictions.
  • Deliver strategic financial solutions, including commercial lending, treasury management, and business banking services.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive business development.
  • Deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities to introduce additional banking services and cutting-edge financial solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk while maintaining a seamless client experience.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to provide clients with timely, insightful financial guidance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing private client team, including Associate Directors and Client Service Associates.
