BettingJobs is seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer for its iGaming group, to be based in Malta or Estonia. You will set the technical vision and drive hands-on execution across platform engineering, blockchain, data, security and product delivery for multiple brands.

You will lead architecture evolution from monoliths to modern microservices, own the crypto infrastructure, and oversee cloud-native, scalable, secure operations while building a high-performance global engineering

Qualifications

• CTO-level experience in online gaming or fintech at scale.
• Deep microservices, GraphQL, and multi-cloud operations knowledge.
• Proven ability to restructure engineering org and drive buy-vs-build decisions.

Responsabilités

• Define group-wide technology vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead platform engineering, security, data, and product delivery.
• Oversee blockchain/crypto infrastructure and wallet tech.
• Drive cloud strategy, CI/CD, IaC, and SRE practices.
• Manage global engineering headcount and performance management.
