Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Market Access Group Copy Supervisor in the United States. The role combines creative copy development with scientific rigor, leading long- and short-form materials across platforms and collaborating with Creative, Strategy, and Medical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of pharma advertising copywriting, 2+ years of supervisory experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to navigate regulatory guidance and data-heavy

Qualifications

• 7+ years of copywriting experience in agency and pharmaceutical advertising.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience writing for data-heavy clients or HCP.
• Portfolio required demonstrating patient-friendly pharma copy.

Responsibilities

• Lead long- and short-form copy across media including interactive and video.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Medical to develop concepts.
• Write compelling content informed by scientific data.
• Present work internally and to clients; manage feedback.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee editorial processes.
