Job summary

The Value Builders is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor with a healthcare focus to lead copy strategy and supervise creative development across multiple brands. You will partner with art to generate concepts, manage teams, and drive client discussions.

This role emphasizes clear communication, strategic input, and budget-aware execution. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in art direction (healthcare preferred) and a proven leadership track record, with strong writing and meeting-room presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of art direction experience (healthcare preferred).
• Previous leadership experience.
• Ability to express yourself clearly, directly, and professionally through written and verbal communication with team members at all levels.
• A proven track record of creative ability and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the creation of strong promotional copy, concepts, and campaigns across assigned product(s).
• Develop and maintain the creative direction/vision of assigned brand(s).
• Demonstrate mastery of the manuscript submission process, including regulatory details of assigned product(s).
• Possess a solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of the assigned brand(s).
• Complete understanding of the editorial and regulatory processes and requirements for assigned brand(s).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be an active voice in all strategic and tactical meetings for assigned brand(s).
• Confidently juggle multiple projects at the same time.
