A Group Copy Supervisor is an expert in core function and successfully manages up to 2 other members of the copy staff. They participate in shaping strategy, show strong conceptual abilities, and offer unique solutions to challenges. They are experts on their brands and fully understand the regulatory environment that these brands reside in. They are comfortable showcasing knowledge during client interactions and bringing out the imaginations of their team members. Supervisors are expected to play a role in maintaining overall team morale and provide adept support during new business pitches and internal initiatives while balancing day-to-day work across multiple workstreams. Advanced performance is expected in both individual and management skills.
