ART SUPERVISOR

Reports to: SVP, Creative Director, Art

Job Summary

An Art Supervisor is an expert in core function and successfully mentors other members of the art staff. They participate in shaping strategy, show strong conceptual abilities, and offer unique solutions to challenges. They are experts on their brands and fully understand the regulatory environment that these brands reside in. They are comfortable showcasing knowledge during client interactions and bringing out the imaginations of their team members. Supervisors are expected to play a role in maintaining overall team morale and provide adept support during new business pitches and internal initiatives while balancing day-to-day work. Additionally, the Art Supervisor embodies the Calcium+Company's core values of commitment, integrity, and respect, both in their work and in their relationships with their co-workers and external clients.

• Works independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
