Job summary

ReadyLIFT in Ogden, Utah, seeks a seasoned Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across five brands within the Suspension Group. Based on-site, you will drive accuracy, controls, and timely reporting for ReadyLIFT, TeraFlex, Falcon Shocks, Logiq, and Smittybilt.

The ideal candidate will balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, managing month-end and year-end closes, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership.
• Experience overseeing accounting for multiple companies and locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting across all five companies.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant statements and strong internal controls.
• Consolidate financial reporting for executive leadership.
• Oversee AP/AR, G/L, inventory, and cost accounting functions.
• Coordinate audits, tax returns, and regulatory compliance.
