Job summary

Accelevation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics operations across multiple shifts. Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the position

Accelevation is seeking a hands‑on leader to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of materials from receipt through shipment while developing employees, supporting production schedules, and driving continuous improvement across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Material Handling teams
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Manage inbound receiving, inventory transactions, material storage, and outbound shipments
• Coordinate transportation, freight carriers, intercompany transfers, and customer deliveries

• Forklift, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management experience preferred
• Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System experience is a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment
