Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a hands-on Group Coach to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics operations at First Flight. You will lead hourly teams across multiple shifts, drive safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery while partnering with production and supply chain to optimize flow.

This role focuses on developing staff, implementing continuous improvement, and achieving KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
• Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Material Handling teams.

• Manage inbound receiving, inventory transactions, storage, and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate transportation, freight carriers, intercompany transfers, and customer deliveries.

• Develop and maintain training matrices and cross-training programs.
• Resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Establish and track department KPIs and ensure achievement of goals.

Position Summary

Accelevation is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of materials from receipt through shipment while developing employees, supporting production schedules, and driving continuous improvement across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment.
