Job summary

American Vision Partners is seeking a Group Clinic Manager to oversee two Arizona clinics, Mesa Baseline and Globe, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with providers to drive efficiency and growth. Travel to Globe 1–2 days weekly is expected; a bachelor's degree and medical practice experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience managing a medical practice.
• 5+ years medical practice management experience preferred.
• Strong financial aptitude and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations for two locations (Mesa and Globe).
• Trains, coaches and mentors staff; hires and sets goals.
• Manages profitability and budget, reviews monthly reports.
• Monitors schedules and coordinates with providers and staff.
• Fosters relationships with referring doctors and community partners.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
