Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking upbeat substitute Group Fitness Instructors to lead fun, motivating workouts at our BRAND NEW client site in St. Paul, MN.

If you love creating engaging class experiences and bringing positive vibes to every session, we’d love to have you on our team! Responsibilities include providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise (HIIT, Circuit Training, Mat Pilates) for members and navigating onboarding/timecard systems.

Qualifications

• Certification in group exercise from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT or other NCCA national cert is required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from recognized bodies are required prior to start date.
• 2+ years of group exercise instruction experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, effective, and safe group exercise sessions for members (HIIT, Circuit Training, Mat Pilates).
• Create engaging class experiences and maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems as part of the daily routine.

The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
