Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Group Class Instructor for our corporate client site in Boston, MA. You will lead fun, safe, and effective group workouts such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit for participants.

Required are a current group exercise instructor certification from recognized bodies and CPR/AED First Aid within 30 days of hire. 2+ years of experience are preferred; onboarding and timecard systems experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other nationally accredited specialty class certification.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members (dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, circuit).
• Teach classes per week or on an as-needed basis at the corporate site in Boston, MA.
