Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Academic success with a minimum major GPA of 3.0.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Interest in healthcare, employee benefits, and data-driven consulting.

Responsibilities

Analyze healthcare, pharmacy, and benefits data to identify trends and cost drivers.
Develop cost projections, benchmarking analyses, and financial models.
Translate data insights into actionable cost-management recommendations.
Collect, validate, and maintain carrier and vendor data for analyses.
Assist with vendor evaluations, pricing reviews, and client deliverables.
Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to teams and clients.
