The THE·TEAM is seeking a Group Assistant for the Music (Contemporary) group in our Los Angeles, CA office. This in-person role provides essential administrative support, handles event and contract tracking, and contributes to efficient touring operations.

Base salary is $46,500 annually with potential bonus opportunities based on performance. You will work closely with the team to ensure accurate records, timely deposits, and smooth show coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Request, record, and report ticket counts for confirmed events.
• Track unpaid deposits and liaise with accounting to ensure funds are received and allocated on time.
• Track unreturned contracts and chase signed contracts.
• Enter offers and related show details into the booking system.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
