The·TEAM is seeking a Group Assistant to provide administrative support to the Los Angeles office. This in-person role focuses on coordinating events, contracts, and communications within the working group, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Base salary is $46,500 with potential bonus based on role performance. The position emphasizes reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Request, record, and report ticket counts for confirmed events.
• Track unpaid deposits; liaise with accounting team to ensure funds are received and allocated on time.
• Track unreturned contracts; chase signed contracts.
• Enter offers and related show details into the booking system.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
