Qualifications

• Ten years corporate travel experience
• Sabre knowledge and Amadeus GDS preferred
• Microsoft Office applications proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage office routines and report backlogs to management.
• Process air travel requests and emails per service standards.
• Return calls and messages promptly, updating customers.
• Obtain ticketing and budget approvals per program guidelines.
• Finalize refunds and close programs in a timely manner.
• Participate in operational calls and share program guidelines.
