Job summary

VML is seeking a Group Account Director to oversee and lead the brand’s commerce initiatives—digital e-commerce and in-store—with strategic leadership for client programs to win at retail. You will manage the overall business and ensure the team delivers outstanding work to clients, serving as the primary agency contact for major strategic initiatives.

You will provide strategic leadership to both internal teams and clients, identify growth opportunities, and help drive revenue and profitability

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in commerce/shopper marketing in agency or CPG brands.
• Experience with Retail Media Networks and Target Roundel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive holistic brand commerce initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and agency teams on growth opportunities.
• Oversee financial forecasting and client profitability.
• Partner with planning and creative teams for concepts and tactics.
