Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field is required.
• Professional Geologist (PG) license with a minimum of five years of post-licensure experience.
• Proficiency in hydrogeological investigations and related fieldwork.
• Experience designing and implementing groundwater contamination corrective action programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct groundwater studies and develop hydrogeological models.
• Design, implement and maintain groundwater management systems.
• Perform geotechnical investigations and prepare reports.
• Manage groundwater monitoring programs and prepare reports for solid waste facilities located in North and South Carolina.
• Design and implement assessment monitoring programs and assessment of corrective measures reports.
• Design and implementation of corrective action programs.
