Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services is hiring a Groundsperson in Iowa to support crews by performing ground-based vegetation work. The role involves clearing brush, loading debris, and assisting with storm restoration tasks.

Candidates should be physically fit, able to work outdoors in varying conditions, and possess a valid driver's license. Training on PPE and safety procedures will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have valid Driver's License or be able to obtain one.
• Experience in vegetation management or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
• Clear brush and trees from ground level using hand tools.
• Load/unload materials and assist in debris removal.
• Operate trucks and equipment as assigned; perform basic maintenance.
