The Grounds Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the community’s interior and exterior areas. Responsibilities include trash removal, landscaping support, snow removal as needed, minor repairs, and assisting the maintenance team to ensure the property remains clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents and visitors. Must be available to work rotating weekends.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We're seeking a Grounds Person with whatever-it-takes approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will ensure that the physical asset is maintained in good condition and that everything is clean and sanitary. In addition, the Grounds Person is responsible for keeping an inventory of all cleaning supplies and submitting requests when supplies get low.
