Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Orlando is seeking a dedicated team member for Community Housekeeping/Grounds to maintain the property's curb appeal and cleanliness. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that keep the community looking its best and running smoothly.

The role involves maintaining grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office and other shared spaces, assisting in preparing vacant apartments for move-in, and handling resident service requests in a fast-paced

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and in completing resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
