Job summary

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a full-time Supervisor of Groundskeeping to direct a crew and perform driving duties to support field operations.

You will ensure projects meet contract specs, timelines, and quality standards while coordinating resources between job sites. Key duties include scheduling, supervising laborers, site inspections, safety compliance, and reporting to the Production or Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in landscaping, field ops, or project coordination.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and visit multiple job sites.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, scheduling/tracking).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Groundskeeping Laborers across multiple projects.
• Coordinate daily schedules, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Prioritize and assign resources to meet goals and budgets.
• Monitor progress and quality; escalate issues to Area Manager.
• Drive to/from job sites transporting crews, materials, and equipment.
• Submit operational reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure safety protocols and company policies.
• Mentor coordinators and foster teamwork.
• Assist with hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
