Job summary

Foxwood Springs is hiring for a Groundskeeper to maintain the community’s grounds and exterior appearance for residents and guests. You will ensure daily upkeep of lawns and common areas to keep the campus welcoming and well-kept.

A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of landscaping experience are required, along with proof of Covid-19 vaccination. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, PTO, and ongoing training.

A typical day for a Groundskeeper includes:

• Ensuring the daily upkeep of buildings and grounds in order to present the Community in a positive and impressive manner for Residents and guests
• Responsibility of the lawn care, landscaping, and snow/ice removal where applicable

Groundskeeper Requirements:

• High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Minimum one (1) year of landscaping and groundskeeping experience
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
