Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Trails at Summer Creek in Fort Worth, TX. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community clean, safe, and presentable, including grounds, exteriors, and common areas.

You’ll assist in preparing vacant apartments, handling service requests, and rotating on-call shifts. This role offers growth into maintenance, with full benefits and an opportunity to advance within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and handle resident service requests.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Learn basic maintenance duties and advance into a Maintenance Technician role.

Job Requirements

Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.

Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.

Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and in completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.

Be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and advance into a Maintenance Technician role.
