• Transferable construction, cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.
• Physically active with strength.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in the property's curb appeal; ensure the property looks its best.
• Walk the property grounds and common areas to remove litter and debris.
• Assist with maintenance duties when requested by the team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
