This full-time on-site role requires physical activity and reliable teamwork; prior maintenance or construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A transferable maintenance or construction background is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain the property.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Able to use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property curb appeal and common areas, ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Walk the grounds frequently to remove litter and debris.
