Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work on call and extended hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance of all property areas to Valiant standards.
• Assist the team with community functions and make-readies.
• Litter pickup and sweeping/blowing breezeways.
• Clean areas around dumpsters and vacant apartments.
• Support pool and common area upkeep and irrigation tasks.
• Water plants and maintain sprinkler system; may use insecticides/fertilizers.
• Mow, trim, reseed, and prune lawns and trees as needed.
