Job summary

Legend Management Group is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, and building exteriors. You will work a rotating schedule including weekends and report to the Service Manager.

Salary ranges from $19-$22/hour with a $5,000 annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. Eligible team members may receive additional perks such as 401(k) and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of groundskeeping experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from office, common areas, and community.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and clean vacant apartments.
• Help with evictions and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Inspect and maintain exterior lighting and grounds equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns and complete monthly grounds inspections.
• Paint curbs, signposts, fences, and playground equipment.
• Distribute resident communications to residents.
